How does Self talk help?

We all would agree that our entire lives we take time to nurture all our important relationships.
Family: Friends: Colleagues, the relationship investment ratio may vary.
Our life keeps revolving around these people and the relationship we have with them.

However, what about the relationship with the most important person, i.e., ourselves?
On the edge of maturity and stability in life, we start understanding, the most important relationship we have is with ourselves only.

Their responses may change, however, our inner stability is a result of our inner conversations with ourselves.

  • How do we respond when people criticize us?
  • How do we react if they don’t give any reaction?
  • How do we stay grounded when they embrace us?

We don’t control what the world says to us. We control what WE say when the world says to us.
And there only comes the role of self-talk.
