“The person who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The person who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever seen before.” – Albert Einstein
Fitting in allows you to balance in with everyone else, but being different allows you to be yourself, to be unique, and to be more creative. Stay true to yourself. An original is worth more than a copy.
Remember most of us are not blessed with supernormal skills, no super high intelligence, and no family wealth; we are average, at best.
Moreover, the way to outperform others is to make yourself unique, not the best.
Do several things at the same time at a pace that others cannot match. Taking risks that others are scared to take. Reacting to failure as if it was always part of the plan. Not caring what the world thinks of you or your plans.
If you are the best – someday someone else will be
If you are unique – you are the only one
The only power is in being you, which is UNIQUE!
“Always remember that you are unique. Just like everyone else.” ― Margaret Mead
